Increases bat speed as well as core and grip strength while maintaining swing mechanics. Teaches proper contact with ball, reinforcing top hand palm up and bottom hand palm down during contact. Identifies and builds balance awareness. Can be used with baseballs, tennis balls or wiffle balls. Can be used for soft toss drills from the side and front. Especially ideal for youth players to use instead of bat weights that weigh the bat barrel down. Bats are NOT included.
