    Jim Furyk collected his first PGA Tour victory at the Las Vegas Invitational in 1995. Jim began the 1996 season in victorious fashion by winning the United Airlines Hawaiian Open. In 1997, Jim's $1,619,480 set the PGA Tour record for the most money won without a victory. Jim had 13 top-10 finishes and the year was culminated with his selection to the Ryder Cup team, which he represented well - beating Nick Faldo twice in singles competition. With top finishes in 1998, Jim continues to show that he is one of the young guns and future stars of the PGA Tour.
